Practical answers.
How is "per student" counted?
By the number of enrolled students whose parents are receiving updates via Cnoté. If a student leaves mid-year, the count drops on the next renewal. We don't double-count families with multiple children — though for very large families we'll come to a sensible arrangement.
What size of school is Cnoté good for?
50 — 600 students is our sweet spot. Smaller schools work too; bigger ones, talk to us about a custom arrangement.
Is the pilot really free?
Yes. Thirty days, up to thirty students, no card required, no commitment. If you decide it's not for you, we delete the data and part ways.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes — the per-student price decreases at 100, 250, and 500 students. We'll quote you precisely in the demo call.
Does AI usage cost extra?
No. AI is included in the per-student price. We use three tiers of AI models for cost efficiency — light ones for reading emails, standard ones for parent replies, stronger ones reserved for complex cases. You pay one annual fee per student, full stop.
Do you charge for additional languages?
No. All eight included: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, and Russian. If you need a language we don't yet support, talk to us — we ship languages on customer request.
