Every plan includes: daily notes and instant alerts in all five languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian), WhatsApp Q&A for parents, the full admin suite, a signed European data-processing agreement, parent self-service, and a named contact who answers.

How is pricing counted?
C’noté is one annual contract per school, billed on your number of enrolled students — the children whose parents receive C’noté. The per-student rate drops at each volume tier. There are no per-parent seats, and siblings don't double-count. If a student leaves mid-year, the count drops on the next renewal.
What size of school is C’noté good for?
50 — 600 students is our sweet spot. Smaller schools work too; bigger ones, talk to us about a custom arrangement.
Is the pilot really free?
Yes. Thirty days, up to thirty students, no card required, no commitment. If you decide it's not for you, we delete the data and part ways.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes — the per-student rate decreases at 100, 250, and 500 students. We'll quote you precisely in the demo call.
Does AI usage cost extra?
No. AI is included in the per-student rate. You pay one annual contract per school — no per-message charges, no usage metering, full stop.
Do you charge for additional languages?
No. All five included: English, French, German, Spanish, and Italian. If you need a language we don't yet support, talk to us — we ship languages on customer request.
Can I sign up as a parent, without my school?
Yes. Start a 14-day free trial at app.cestnote.ch/signup — you forward your school's emails to your own private C’noté address. It's €12 a month for your first child and €8 for each additional child, the same flat figure in CHF, £ or $ set by your school's country. No school involvement needed.
Am I charged during the free trial?
No. The first 14 days are free, and if you cancel before the trial ends you're not charged. After that it's €12 a month for your first child and €8 for each additional child, billed monthly — cancel in one message anytime.
